The project, which began in August 2020, was completed in two months and involved a team of two, including the CEO of Thoughtgrid. The client was satisfied with the work done, having invested several thousand dollars in the project.

A medical device startup engaged Thoughtgrid Interactive Solutions LLP to enhance the UI/UX design of their software product. Thoughtgrid was chosen based on the director's positive past experience with them. The startup provided the initial requirements and demonstrated the current state of the software product. The company, based in Bangalore, India, had been struggling to find competent in-house UX designers for their client projects. Thoughtgrid was tasked with creating Photoshop designs, which were then submitted to clients for approval. Their development team also converted these designs into HTML pages. In addition, Thoughtgrid provided mobile app design for a client in California. The collaboration, which started in 2016, is ongoing and has cost around $25,000. The client interacts mainly with the Founder and Creative Director of Thoughtgrid and another team member.
