Thoughtbot worked with Warriors for Humanity to promote a concept that encourages people to write handwritten letters to individuals who have made a difference in their lives and plant a tree in their honour. They helped the client narrow down this concept and create marketing ideas. Thoughtbot conducted product design sprints and customer research to uncover the value proposition and test ideas. They developed a clickable prototype of the client's website and used feedback from market researchers to refine the user flow. They also created materials and talking points to aid in future stakeholder and investor conversations. The engagement, which started in July 2022, is ongoing, and the client has spent approximately $25,000-$30,000.

Antelope Pets enlisted the services of thoughtbot to migrate their website to a CMS that could be updated by a non-technical person. Having worked with thoughtbot before, the pet insurance and training services provider chose them based on their efficiency and knowledge of the account. Thoughtbot completed all the prioritized goals over six weeks, using Notion and Basecamp for project management and migrating onto Contentful. The team comprised a project manager and a developer.
