THOR Design Studio, Inc. was employed by the Colorado Bar Association to overhaul the design of their monthly flagship publication, The Colorado Lawyer. THOR's team undertook a comprehensive discovery phase to understand and formulate the design strategies needed to fulfil the association’s goal of creating a professional yet creative scholarly publication. Once the design was agreed upon, THOR also took on the task of optimizing the association's online presence through branding efforts. The association's ongoing relationship with THOR Design Studio, Inc. commenced in July 2017, with an investment of $100,000–$250,000.

The Association for Investor Relations, NIRI, enlisted the expertise of THOR Design Studio, Inc. over a decade ago to revamp their member magazine, IR Update. The project involved an initial creative direction discussion based on the topics, followed by a design meeting to review and select digital imagery. Depending on the specific project, one or more THOR team members were involved. The selection of THOR was based on testimonies from highly experienced professionals who worked with them previously.

THOR Design Studio, Inc. was hired by an aerospace engineering magazine to develop their website from scratch. THOR designed and developed a WordPress site, applying the provided photos and content. They ensured the site was user-friendly enough for the magazine's internal staff to load content. After the website development, the team was then tasked with designing pages for the magazine. The project, which began in July 2015, is still ongoing and has cost the magazine approximately $250,000–$300,000.
