Highlights from Recent Projects
Third and Grove worked with the AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation on a Drupal rescue project. The nonprofit organization had previously employed a different firm to build a new platform for their instructional model on a D8 site, but were let down in several ways. Third and Grove stepped in to address the issues, performing a site audit and identifying potential weaknesses. They then worked with the internal team to translate their vision into specific tasks and deadlines. The firm also helped to rebuild large parts of the platform, making it more stable and secure, and developed new functionalities. The project began in December 2017 and the organization has invested $200,000 so far.
The Cooperative of American Physicians engaged Third & Grove to make significant improvements to their website. The aim was to enhance design, navigation, and content presentation. After strategic discussions about the objectives and business problems that needed to be addressed, a thorough design generation process was initiated. The firm created wireframes and designs, and worked on making a more useful and attractive public-facing site, as well as a more robust members-only section. The project ran from July 2015 to July 2016.
Third and Grove was hired by Brainshark, a sales enablement platform, to update their existing website and make it easier to manage for their marketing team. The firm redesigned the homepage and the "Partners" page, and created a component page for a range of solution pages. They also kicked off a migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9. The project began in May 2020 and is expected to end in Q3. The company has invested over $100,000 to date, with the migration project expected to cost around $150,000.
