Highlights from Recent Projects
Third and Grove worked with Brainshark, a sales enablement platform, to redesign their homepage and "Partners" page, as well as create a series of solution pages. The project aimed to make the site easier to update for marketing team members without in-depth development knowledge. The company invested over $100,000 in this partnership and is currently working on a migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9, which is expected to cost around $150,000. The engagement started in May 2020 and the migration project is expected to finish by the end of Q3.
In another project, Third and Grove partnered with the Cooperative of American Physicians to improve their website's design, navigation, and content presentation. The project involved strategic discussions, a review of the existing architecture, and a thorough design generation process. The aim was to create an attractive, navigable site with a robust members-only section. The project, which ran from July 2015 to July 2016, was led by a team of 5-6 people from Third and Grove.
Third and Grove also worked with the AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation, an education nonprofit, in what started as a Drupal rescue project. The team helped the Institute migrate from AWS to Acquia and conducted a site audit for technical development work and UX. They also helped in rebuilding large parts of the platform to make it more stable and secure, designing and developing new functionalities, and improving the suite of tools and resources offered. The project, which cost $200,000, started in December 2017.
