ThinkThru, Inc. completed a project for Pathway Lending, a community development financial institution. The project was aimed at expanding the company's services and reaching more people in new ways. ThinkThru, Inc. invested a significant amount of time understanding the company's needs, strategies, and systems. They provided consulting for the learning management system, including system integrations, and were also hired for implementation. The project, which was an ongoing engagement that started in February 2019, cost Pathway Lending $40,000. The company worked closely with Matt, the CEO of ThinkThru, Inc., and Lenny, a Business Development Specialist.

In another project, ThinkThru, Inc. was hired by a nonprofit organization that provides training to law enforcement on high-tech crime investigation and mental health and wellness. The challenge was to develop a course from start to finish. ThinkThru, Inc. put together a nine-week course with seven different mental health and wellness topics for law enforcement and first responders. They transformed the content developed by the subject matter experts into a usable online curriculum. The team produced and delivered 3-4 videos, each 20-30 minutes long, for each week of the course. They edited all the material and created associated documents remotely. The course content was delivered in modules, which the nonprofit is currently uploading to their private Learning Management System (LMS). This project, which ran from March to December 2022, cost the nonprofit $135,000.
