Think Tree Studios was commissioned by a public school teacher to develop an Android app for an early reading phonics curriculum. The teacher provided sketches and explained the necessary functionalities, leading Think Tree to develop a prototype covering the first two levels of the curriculum in English. The application, which consisted of several simple games, required integrating different experiences in a specific sequence. The teacher, who primarily worked with Aric Franzmeier, the President of Think Tree Studios, provided regular feedback and the team made necessary modifications. The project, which cost close to the initial estimate of $15,000, started in January 2017 and concluded in October 2017.

An audio device company hired Think Tree Studios to create a cross-platform mobile app that could control various functionalities of a subwoofer loudspeaker. The app, which was compatible with both iOS and Android phones and tablets, was developed from scratch, with the company providing the embedded firmware, hardware, and specifications. The main engineer of Think Tree Studios was the primary contact for the company. The project, which cost the company around $60,000, ran from August 2018 to May 2019. The company has since expanded the scope of Think Tree Studios' work.

Think Tree Studios was contracted by Distal Reality LLC to develop a mobile app and establish a cloud service. The project required extensive back-end support and custom code to match iOS and Android functionalities. The deliverables included an MVP mobile app for both iOS and Android, an AWS backend API, custom user interface code, and extensive hardware-level coding for phone vibration. In the latest round of work, Think Tree Studios upgraded data security, incorporated new artwork for better on-boarding, and fixed stability issues introduced by a previous developer. The founder of Distal Reality LLC expressed satisfaction with the outcome.
