Think Luna successfully completed a project for a national transportation company aimed at automating their data clean-up process. The client, a director of a business analytics team, was seeking to eliminate the time-consuming task of routine data clean-up and preparation before any analytical work could be done. Think Luna was selected for the project after a member reached out and provided a proof of concept that clearly addressed the client's needs. The project involved scheduled webinar meetings where Think Luna guided the client's team through the processes and coding challenges. A Python script was developed to automate some of the data collection process, and PowerBI integration was implemented on the reporting side. The project expanded from involving one member of the client's team to three, as they tackled other automation processes. A dedicated project manager from Think Luna led the project, taking charge of solution development and delivery.
