In another project, TheSpider was engaged by Gorman Health Group, a business consulting firm serving the government-sponsored healthcare industry, to develop a knowledge management platform. The platform was designed to monetize the consultants’ content and needed to be SEO-compliant and subscription-based. TheSpider was selected out of three potential candidates due to their strong recommendations, diverse web development and design capabilities, and their commitment to client satisfaction. Over an 11-month period, TheSpider built and launched the new platform, balancing the firm's business development needs with a monetized content model. The platform featured intuitive registration, profile management, and was easy for the administrative team to manage.
