Theorem Team

Theorem Team was hired by Observa, a Shopify analytics app firm, to design, develop, and launch their app. The goal was to create a high-performing, conversion-optimized product with a seamless user experience, strong branding, and a scalable technical foundation. Theorem Team was responsible for the full end-to-end execution of the project, which included strategy, design, development, and launch readiness. They defined Observa's unique value proposition, conducted feature mapping, technical architecture planning, and integration workflow design. They also designed a clean, conversion-focused interface for the app and marketing site, developed responsive layouts for key pages, and delivered Figma prototypes, design system, and interaction flow documentation. The app was built as a Shopify-embedded app using modern frameworks compatible with Shopify Polaris and Admin API. The team also integrated real-time analytics, store performance tracking, and automated alert systems, set up backend infrastructure for authentication, data processing, and notifications, and implemented role-based access control and scalable API integrations. They designed and developed a high-converting landing page for early access acquisition, integrated the Whop payment gateway and automated onboarding flow, and delivered branded assets including app icon, promo visuals, and social media launch kit. Finally, they conducted end-to-end functional testing across multiple Shopify environments, ensured data accuracy, API reliability, and optimal app performance, and provided technical documentation, support guide, and training for internal teams. The key deliverables included the Observa Shopify App (MVP), Complete UI/UX Design System (Figma), Early Access Landing Page, Integrated Whop Payment Setup, Technical Documentation & API Reference, and Post-launch Support & Maintenance Plan.
