The Hashtech

The Hashtech was employed by The Closet Trading, a logistics company providing an end-to-end service, to address core business objectives. The company sought to streamline its business processes, provide timely courier updates, and improve logistics availability. A team of six to ten members at The Hashtech was tasked with fulfilling these requirements. As a result, a comprehensive Logistics and Fleet Management Solution was designed and developed. It involved the creation of a centralized web-based admin portal and a mobile application to enhance transportation, fleet operations, and delivery management.

The developed system by The Hashtech allowed the administrators of The Closet Trading to manage all vehicles, drivers, routes, maintenance schedules, shipments, fuel consumption, and operational expenses efficiently via a unified dashboard. Dispatch teams were bestowed with tools enabling job assignments, delivery progress monitoring, and real-time tracking of vehicle locations. Furthermore, drivers were offered a mobile application for receiving trip assignments, updating delivery statuses, providing proof of delivery, reporting incidents, and communicating with operations teams.

The Fleet Management Solution delivered by The Hashtech proved beneficial to The Closet Trading in terms of operational visibility, fleet utilization, transportation costs reduction, and logistics workflows streamlining.
