TheCityMix was hired by a small town insurance agency to modernize their website and add mobile-friendly features. The company owner worked directly with a single web developer from TheCityMix. Sahil, the owner of TheCityMix, was referred to the agency by their web host. Sahil was able to restore some of the original website, but most of it had to be recreated. The process involved updating the domain and obtaining necessary certificates. The final result was a redesigned website that flowed and looked much better than the original, capturing exactly what the agency wanted.

Thomas H Wetzel & Associates, a digital marketing firm, engaged TheCityMix for website redesign and development services. TheCityMix became their primary partner for web development needs, working in tandem with the marketing firm to come up with content and initial design. TheCityMix was responsible for the design and hosting of the platform, primarily using WordPress. The ongoing partnership, which began in June 2020, has seen an investment of between $10,000–$49,000. The owner of TheCityMix is the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient collaboration process.
