Mozilor Technologies, a product development company, hired Testvox to test CookieYes, a SaaS product they were working on. The decision to hire Testvox was influenced by recommendations from industry peers and the company's focus on testing services. Testvox provided trained and experienced resources to assist Mozilor in the testing stage of a major release they were working on. The recruitment process involved an initial discussion with an account manager from Testvox, who then shortlisted candidates for Mozilor to interview and select.
