TestCrew worked with the Digital Government Authority to provide IT consulting services and QA testing. Prior to their engagement, the government institution relied on manual testing for their tasks. TestCrew recommended purchases and installations, performed stress and load testing on products, set up the QA process with templates, reporting, workflow, and test plans. They also managed the onboarding of resources. The partnership, which began in November 2018, is ongoing with several projects in the pipeline. The Digital Government Authority has invested $1.5 million in this partnership.
TestCrew was engaged by BURU J COOPERATIVE INSURANCE COMPANY for cybersecurity code testing. The insurance company's website had been hacked and they needed to ensure the security of their new site. TestCrew conducted a white box code review test, identifying all the problems on the website. Post the identification, the IT team worked on solving these issues and TestCrew retested to ensure all risks were mitigated. The engagement started in April 2021 and is ongoing with more projects planned. The insurance company has spent $13,000 on this project.
TestCrew was hired by Dar Alyaum for Media and Publishing for QA testing. The media and publishing company had developed three websites and needed a third party to conduct QA including Security Testing, PT, Load Testing, Performance etc. TestCrew was responsible for creating automated tests for the websites and they used a tracking and ticketing system to record all observations. Weekly reports were sent to the client. The team from TestCrew consisted of more than three members including developers, security experts, and a project lead.
