The project was initiated by the Founder and Group CEO of Lead Max, who found Terveys through a referral and chose them for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. A team of 6-10 employees from Terveys was assigned to this project. The scope of work involved developing a web-based admin console and a cross-platform mobile app, both parts of the fire safety maintenance software. The admin console was designed to manage customers, sites, and engineers, generate and filter reports, while the mobile app enabled engineers to log in, conduct inspections, report findings, take pictures, capture signatures, and sign reports. The software, supported by Net core API and MySQL database for real-time syncing, was fully tested, deployed, and delivered with documentation and admin training. The project was a success, meeting the client's objectives and expectations.
