Tero

Tero was hired by a religious non-profit organization to optimize their Microsoft CRM Dynamics architecture, development, and integrations. The Technology Manager of the organization found Tero through a referral and chose them due to their great culture fit, good cost value, and alignment with the company's values. Tero's team of 2-5 employees worked on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, security, and development for a volunteer management system, integrating it with a front-end web application, Customer Voice, a marketing automation system, a document signature system, and a transactional email system.

In another project, Tero was contracted by an agricultural company that exclusively deals with John Deere machinery in Uruguay. The IT Manager of the company discovered Tero through an online search and selected them due to their high ratings, proximity to the company's location, and cost-effectiveness. The objectives were to develop a CRM for the sales force and track business opportunities. Tero's team, consisting of 2-5 employees, interacted with users, developed their requests, provided support, and generated reports. The deliverables included the production of the changes generated.
