The agency not only helped the foundation move office spaces but also conducted market analysis, worked with an architectural firm to develop test fits of the spaces, and handled lease negotiations with the new location. Despite a significant mistake by the landlord that could have endangered the whole project, The Tenant Agency managed to represent the foundation's interests effectively and work out a creative solution. The project, which ran from April 2016 to November 2017, was a success and the foundation expressed satisfaction with The Tenant Agency's high-quality management method and desire to maintain a relationship even after the lease.

In another project, The Tenant Agency delivered commercial brokerage services to a communications firm. The firm needed help finding new office space, an architect, and a contractor. The Tenant Agency created a test fit based on the firm's needs, helped them choose a space, and worked closely with them to negotiate the lease, make pricing decisions, and finalize other details. They also liaised with various vendors, including an engineer, AV vendors, and moving vendors, effectively saving the firm time and money. Furthermore, they worked with the firm to find an architect and lead a buildout. The project, which commenced in February 2018 and concluded in December 2018 with the firm moving into their new space, was a success. The agency managed to secure a 10-year lease for a 9000-square-foot space for the firm. The firm was pleased with The Tenant Agency's services and has since worked with them for three different office moves.
