Ten4 Technology Group, LLC was hired by a health delivery platform to manage their entire IT infrastructure. In another project, Ten4 was engaged by Dewey Insurance Agency to manage their IT services after their previous provider performed poorly. Ten4 took over the monitoring and management of the agency's internet and computer systems, including the replacement of a faulty server. They also coordinated all technical components during a suite move, minimizing downtime. The client was pleased with their high-level consulting and immediate problem-solving response. The engagement began in January 2008 and continues to this day, with the agency investing $1,200 per month.
