Highlights from Recent Projects
Telescopic was hired by the British Fencing, the national governing body for the Olympic and Paralympic sport of fencing, to modify an existing mobile application and set up API endpoints. The project's main goal was to keep the API endpoints as close to the existing data structure as possible to avoid implementing significant changes in the mobile application itself. Telescopic also set up a multisite instance for the Explore Fencing application, which included adding and managing individual games. The project was successful and British Fencing was pleased with the work done by Telescopic.
Telescopic worked with a children's non-profit organization to restructure how data is collected and stored by the organization. The goal was to reduce the administrative burden on practitioners and the central team and provide a tool that facilitates practitioner workflows and consolidates data collection into one platform. The project was divided into three main phases: planning, execution, and testing. Telescopic successfully created a low code application solution for data inputting, linked to live reporting dashboards, which was well-received by the non-profit.
TARKA London, a company offering developmental exercise classes for children, hired Telescopic to build and design a new website. The project included a consultation to identify requirements and develop a full project scope, a market survey, and the presentation of implementation options. Telescopic also performed light-touch rebranding, digital design for desktop and mobile devices, and front and back end development. The new website was successfully launched and TARKA London expressed satisfaction with Telescopic's work.
