Tekniko Global

Tekniko Global was hired by an ecommerce company to develop a comprehensive mobile application. The ecommerce company, which aimed to expand its traditional business to the online platform, required a feature-rich, scalable and reliable grocery mobile app. The main objectives were to improve inventory and order management, enhance customer convenience, analyze consumer behavior and personalize offers, boost customer loyalty, reduce overheads, track orders, offer various payment options, facilitate in-app communication, and integrate CRM and ERP systems. Tekniko Global was selected from six vendors after an extensive Google search due to their understanding of the requirements and their ability to provide user-friendly app services with excellent customer support.

Tekniko Global deployed a team of five, including a project manager, two developers, a designer and a tester, to develop the app according to market demand. The team used the latest technology, React Native, to develop the app and worked on everything from UX design to UI design. The app underwent three levels of testing to ensure all features and functionalities worked as expected and that the design was up to standard. An additional feature added was voice assistance or voice search, which gave users the flexibility to shop using voice commands. The app was hailed for its user-friendly interface and advanced features, meeting all the requirements set out by the ecommerce company.
