Tekniko Global was hired by an e-commerce business to develop a mobile app that would enhance inventory and order management, convenience, customer loyalty, and reduce overhead. The goal was also to integrate features such as order tracking, different payment options, in-app calling and chatting, CRM and ERP integration. The client found Tekniko Global through a Google search and chose them over six other vendors due to their exceptional user-friendly app services and customer support. Tekniko Global utilized the latest React Native technology to design the app based on market demand and competition. A team of five, including a project manager, two developers, a designer, and a tester, worked meticulously on this project. They ensured that all the required features and functionalities were working correctly and that the app was user-friendly. The app underwent three levels of testing and also included advanced features like voice assistance or voice search for user flexibility. The client was satisfied with Tekniko Global's understanding of their requirements and their delivery of a high-quality, feature-rich app.
