TeGrow successfully completed a project for Sphinx, a company that offers smart kitchen sinks combining cutting-edge technology with luxury design. Sphinx sought a partner to manage their entire digital project lifecycle, and TeGrow was chosen due to their culture fit and value for cost. TeGrow, with a team of 2-5 employees, built a high-end, luxury e-commerce platform for Sphinx. The project started with a deep Business Analysis and UI/UX Design phase to create a sophisticated, clean, and intuitive user experience. They developed a custom product configurator, built a secure backend for order management, and integrated local payment gateways. The key deliverables included a strategic analysis of the target market and brand positioning, complete high-fidelity UI/UX design files in Figma, a fully functional, secure, and responsive custom e-commerce website, a custom-built admin panel for product and order management, successful integration of preferred payment processing gateways, and full quality assurance testing and post-launch technical support.
