Tectome

Tectome was hired by Metadologie, a Salesforce consulting firm, to design and develop a web application aimed at automating core workflows. The CEO of Metadologie sought Tectome's expertise to handle tasks such as processing incoming requests, organizing data, and triggering follow-up actions, which were previously handled manually. Tectome was chosen due to its competitive pricing, cultural fit, and value for cost. A team of 2-5 employees from Tectome was assigned to the project. The scope of work involved analyzing the team’s workflows to identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks. Subsequently, a web application was designed and developed to automate these processes. AI features were implemented to classify incoming requests, organize and sort data, and automatically trigger follow-up actions. The overall feedback was positive, with the client appreciating Tectome's alignment with their company values and the good value for the cost.
