Techtrust

Techtrust was hired by Underscore VC, a Boston-based venture capital firm, to recruit a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a newly funded startup. The project involved 2-5 Techtrust employees who were tasked with finding a software engineer with a focus on backend development. The candidate was expected to play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the data platform and machine learning products of the startup. They were looking for a candidate with a strong expertise in Python, Flask, Airflow, and SQL, among other qualifications. The project was successful, with Techtrust managing to find a suitable candidate who met all the requirements.
