TechSparq was hired by a global consumer goods company to enhance their $14-billion e-commerce platform. They were tasked with rewriting the foundational infrastructure software to support the introduction of new technology for the company's B2B partners. TechSparq's involvement also extended to the creation of new capabilities, solution designs, and aligning with stakeholders on functional requirements. The project was managed by TechSparq's co-founder and principal, Dedrick, and other team members reported to various project managers within the organization. The engagement lasted from 2006 to 2012, with an annual investment between $500,000 and $1M.

In another project, TechSparq was engaged by Empower Global to build an immersive e-commerce experience. The TechSparq team provided full-scale technical support, from consultation and delivery to architecture and build. They also assisted in the hiring and review process as Empower Global built an in-house support team. The project required a visually stunning, headless website with a multi-cloud implementation. TechSparq collaborated with multiple partners for shipping/returns, tax calculation, payment, reviews, and other critical features to make the site a game-changer in the e-commerce space.

TechSparq was also hired by JLL, one of the largest commercial real estate firms globally, for product strategy consulting. The project involved a deep analysis of JLL's existing offerings, stakeholder positioning, and identification of key areas for improvement. TechSparq provided recommendations on business strategy, product strategy, platform/technology, and driving stakeholder alignment. They also suggested issue remediation and go forward plans. The project was executed by a team of 2-5 TechSparq employees.
