The network was designed and constructed from scratch, a complete overhaul of the existing system. The project was a success, with TechPulse consistently delivering results, according to the Engineering Manager.

In another project, TechPulse was hired by Cypress Fabrication Services, a business involved in Fabrication/Manufacturing. The goal was to streamline their IT, back up data, and provide IT support to their team. TechPulse was tasked with updating their services and installing a new system at a new facility. The company owner praised TechPulse for their high ratings, proximity, culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values.

Step-Ko Products, a global provider of corrosion protective products, engaged TechPulse to manage software licenses and provide IT support. TechPulse provided remote IT managed services, acting as a concierge support team. They ensured services, such as internet and phones, were running smoothly, resolving any issues on behalf of Step-Ko Products. They also purchased and installed hardware, software, and licenses, generating positive feedback from the Sales and IT Liaison of Step-Ko Products.
