The primary factors for choosing TechProComp were their customer service and reasonable prices. The project entailed replacing the company's main data server and taking over all managed IT services. The project team consisted of three members, including the owner, an on-site technician, and a remote technician.

TechProComp was hired by CarbonBetter, a clean energy services company, for IT support. The decision to work with TechProComp was mainly due to their cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The scope of work involved transitioning from a previous MSP to a new MSP, with 2-5 TechProComp employees assigned to this project. The company found TechProComp through an online search.
