They reviewed and replaced the client’s current CMS, prepared their platform's frontend for conversion, and merged two databases into one. The entire process was remotely handled using a cloud-based product. Following the database integration, Technology Advisors trained the client's team on the new CMS. The project involved 5-10 resources, including a project manager, and the client invested over $100,000. The engagement began in February 2021 and is ongoing.

The company also worked with a commercial insurance company to customize and implement a CRM software. The project started with a discovery phase, where the client's needs and the process of building and integrating the CRM software into their infrastructure were discussed.
