Technology Advisors

Technology Advisors partnered with a small technology consulting firm to optimize their software systems. The project involved the review and replacement of the firm's existing CMS, preparation of the platform's frontend for conversion, and the merging of two databases into one unified system. The process was conducted remotely via cloud-based products. Following the database integration, Technology Advisors trained the consulting firm's team on the new CMS. The project, which began in February 2021, cost over $100,000 and is ongoing.

The second project involved helping a B2B software ITSM supplier transition from their current CRM system to Hubspot CRM. The migration aimed to facilitate a more seamless integration between CRM and marketing tools, thus promoting better CRM practices. Technology Advisors assisted in identifying vital data sets for migration, cleaning up existing data, field mapping, and creating new fields in the Hubspot CRM tool. They also provided guidance on best practices for using Hubspot and created initial templates and workflows.

Technology Advisors was brought on by a commercial insurance company to customize and implement a CRM software solution. The project began with a discovery phase to understand the company's goals with the CRM software and the process of building and integrating it into their infrastructure. Following this, a mock-up was created and tested within the company's environment before being implemented in the production environment. The project, which began in December 2015, involved a team of 2-6 people from Technology Advisors and is still ongoing.
