TechBridge Consultancy Services LLP was hired by Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology to provide a VoIP solution for the entire campus. The project involved the installation and commissioning of an IP-based EPABX system, which was provided by 3CX. TechBridge was selected for this project through the Indian Government marketing portal, GeM. The project was led by Mr. Saurabh Agrwal and his engineer Mr. Kapil Yadav, who provided on-site configuration and training for the institute's faculty and staff. The result was a successful implementation of VoIP services across the campus, enabling voice and video calls, as well as video conferencing within and outside the campus.
ALS, a global leader in laboratory testing, inspection, certification and verification solutions, hired TechBridge Consultancy Services LLP to set up Polycom and sonus products. The goal of the project was to improve communication. The vendor was referred by the company's IT Manager, Mr. Anand. The project involved setting up new Polycom and sonus products to enhance communication with customers and internally. The project was managed by the Purchase Manager and the IT Manager. The result was a successful set-up that improved the company's communication capabilities.
