Highlights from Recent Projects
Tech Alchemy was hired by a digital trading platform for risk transfer to assist with technical discovery. They provided a comprehensive discovery document, wireframes of the platform, a prototype website, and estimated costs for various aspects of the platform. The team of three from Tech Alchemy’s London office, along with their international team, collaborated on this project from November 2024–May 2025. The client chose Tech Alchemy due to their positive reviews, capability to build bespoke systems, and integrated support service for startup founders. The project cost approximately £24,000 and was completed successfully.
In another project, Tech Alchemy worked with IDOSY, the world's only open digital marketplace for superyacht charter, sale, and investment, to develop their blockchain-powered website. The website allows the sale of charter and yachts through the use of NFT tokens. Tech Alchemy conducted the initial scoping and discovery phase, including competitor research, technical feasibility, and technical scoping. They built a blockchain-powered marketplace with the ability to list and sell weeks of charter directly from owners, trading functionality, and backend NFT and blockchain integration. This engagement, which began in April 2025, is ongoing and has been successful so far.
Tech Alchemy was also engaged by MCR Foundation, a group of charities, to develop an AI mentoring companion to support disadvantaged young people. Known as KeyTu, the platform is designed to onboard mentors, engage young people, and facilitate the matching process. It is being developed based on three independent but integrated layers, each with sequentially developed and discreet component parts. The project involved 6-10 employees from Tech Alchemy and was chosen for their high ratings, great culture fit, and aligned company values. The project is ongoing with user engagement, loading, review, and results achieved being subject to continuous assessment.
