Team Elite Group partnered with a health monitoring and fitness company to develop an iPhone app that integrates health and fitness monitoring into smartphones and seamlessly transfers the relevant information to the cloud. The project, which began when the company was still in its infancy, involved the design and development of the product from scratch. The team at Team Elite Group was responsible for most of the development work, including firmware and software development, until the company hired outside agencies to assist a couple of years into the project. The app, which was launched in February 2009, was the first to bring heart rate monitor functionality to smartphones. The founder of the company praised Team Elite Group for their work, stating that they wouldn't have been able to complete the project without them.

In another project, Team Elite Group was contracted by a telecommunications firm based in Norway to create a development department in Kharkov, Ukraine. The project was initiated to increase the company's development capabilities and replace the costly consultants they were using in Denmark. The partnership with Team Elite Group led to the establishment of a 43-person development team in Kharkov, which was responsible for a variety of tasks including analysis, design, development, and testing. The team worked on several mission-critical projects, utilizing a range of technologies including .NET, C++, ASP.NET, and Java. The company's onsite manager commended Team Elite Group for their help in identifying the right talent and setting up the correct structure, stating that they couldn't have done it without them.
