The collaboration resulted in a successful user test, with the TeaCup Lab team providing valuable support throughout the process.
A UX research agency based in the Netherlands enlisted the services of TeaCup Lab due to their lack of Spanish expertise. TeaCup Lab was responsible for conducting usability interviews in Spanish, translating scripts, and providing insights on the interview topics. Paulina and Stefano from TeaCup Lab worked closely with the agency on this project, which had previously proven successful collaborations.
The London-based user research agency, Clicked, hired TeaCup Lab for the Spanish part of a global research project. The project aimed to evaluate the design and usability of both desktop and mobile pages, as well as the marketing components incorporated into the product.
