Taylor Design was hired by Silver Golub & Teitell LLP, a plaintiffs law firm with multiple offices in Connecticut, to design and develop a new responsive website. The goal of the project was to move away from a template-based website to one that was user-friendly, had a content management system, and was responsive. Taylor Design, a local service provider with a stellar portfolio, was chosen for their responsive management and design team. They provided website design, development, and coding services, with the project receiving full agency focus.

In another project, Taylor Design was hired by a national nonprofit in the community improvement space to design their annual report. The project involved designing brochures for the nonprofit, with the company providing the copy. The design process was organic, with photos being sourced from volunteers submitted to the nonprofit's chapters around the country. The project initially started as a print product but later migrated to a solely online product with an accompanying PDF in 2012. The engagement with Taylor Design has been ongoing since April 2002, with the nonprofit investing around $250,000 in total with them, including other pieces beyond the annual brochure.

Taylor Design was also hired by a nonprofit education and human services organization to develop a new, mobile-friendly website. The project involved re-imagining the organization's website based on their need for a mobile-friendly format and improved user experience. Taylor Design built off the organization's existing brand identity to develop their designs. The project team included Dan, the President and Creative Director, a senior art director, a designer, and a developer. The engagement with Taylor Design lasted from January 2017 until early-2018, with the organization investing around $75,000 in the project.
