The HR Director of the company highlighted Target's efficiency in filling managerial vacancies, conducting HR consultancy projects, and providing training and development for staff. They also praised Target's resourcefulness in providing laborers to overcome blue-collar job shortages. Overall, the client's cooperation with Target over 12 years involved more than 15 resources from the vendor's team, in addition to hundreds of outsourced blue-collar workers.

For TASC Outsourcing, an enterprise team in the staffing and recruitment space, Target Recruitment & HR Solutions has been serving as their HR management partner in Egypt since the first quarter of 2018. Providing payroll services and handling paperwork related to employee hiring, Target was praised for their efficiency in dealing with taxation, social security, and other government-related documents. On occasions, they also helped with the visa process for expatriates working in Egypt, prescreening and shortlisting candidates, and handling the onboarding process. The collaboration involved around 20 associates from Target working in Egypt, with TASC Outsourcing investing around $20,000 per month in their services.

In a collaboration with the Harvard Business School (HBS) MENA Research Center, Target Recruitment & HR Solutions provided recruitment and onboarding services. The Administrative Office Manager for HBS praised Target's role in recruitment, handling of onboarding and paperwork, and in dealing with taxation, regulations, and local requirements. The collaboration, which began in October 2018, involved daily interaction with one person from Target, with HBS investing between $6,000–$8,000 per month, amounting to a total of nearly $300,000 thus far.
