Taqwah

Taqwah was hired by Bahaza, an online travel marketplace SaaS Software, to enhance the user experience of their website through a full redesign and the addition of new features. Taqwah was chosen for their competitive pricing, cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. A team of 2-5 employees from Taqwah was assigned to this project. The scope of work included a comprehensive UX/UI Audit Report, actionable Improvement Recommendations, Wireframes/Mockups if necessary, User Flow Optimization, and Accessibility Enhancements. The project resulted in a detailed analysis of the design strengths, weaknesses, and user pain points, as well as suggestions for enhancing navigation, layout, and visual design. The user journey maps were made clearer and more intuitive, and suggestions were made to improve inclusivity and compliance with accessibility standards.
