Tapston

Tapston was hired by the online marketplace, Shop.By, to develop their Android and iOS application. The project, which ran from December 2020 to March 2021, involved creating app designs for some screens while utilizing existing website designs for others. The accomplished app, which allows customers to search for products, place orders, or call the shop directly, was developed by a team of three Tapston professionals. In a project for TranscribeMe, an AI transcription company, Tapston developed an iOS-friendly mobile platform using React Native. The platform, designed to offer an alternative avenue for customers to record and transcribe their calls, was developed between April and June 2021. The client provided pre-designed wireframes, from which Tapston drew inspiration for the app's UI/UX, using elements from the client's marketing website. The project team was composed of a project manager, a senior mobile and React Native developer, and a UI/UX designer. Tapston was chosen for their expertise in cross-platform technology and their credible profile.

For the nonprofit organization Kapucijnen Vlaanderen, Tapston developed a mobile app that digitally emulates the physical spaces of the organization's spiritual center. This ongoing project, which started in September 2021, involved creating an app that could simulate the atmosphere of the center's various rooms and themes. The app, designed in both Flemish and English, was created by a team including an account manager, a designer, and a project manager from Tapston. The organization chose Tapston because of their competitive pricing and excellent services.
