Tappointment

Tappointment was hired by a sports sponsorship company to develop a web platform that could manage various athlete profiles, sports clubs, and events. The platform also needed to facilitate the search, offer, payment, and contracting processes for potential sponsors. Tappointment was chosen for their professional attitude, constructive ideas, and strong interest in the sports industry. The project was executed in several stages and included features such as profile creation, payment methods, profile search, offer making, contract regulation, and accepting donations. The client was in regular contact with the project manager and team leader, as well as some developers.

A UK-based experiential technology agency engaged Tappointment for custom software development. The goal was to advance their existing backend solutions and enhance their front-end interfaces. Tappointment was selected for their ability to provide expertise on DevOps and out-of-hours support. They first supported the transition of the client's AWS-based platform to Azure. The team quickly understood the structure of the client's Electron-based apps and combined their PHP/Symfony3 back-end with front-end packages such as NodeJS and React. The team consisted of a project manager, lead full-stack developer, full-stack developer, front-end developers, and senior dev-ops support.

Emed4all kft, a fitness technology company, partnered with Tappointment for mobile app development. The goal was to create a data-driven solution for the fitness industry and healthcare service providers. Tappointment was chosen based on colleague references and culture fit. They developed mobile applications on iOS and Android that gather data from the client's pulse oximeter via Bluetooth and forward it to the cloud. The cloud app stores the measurements in the database, calculates the physiological parameters, and displays the results on a web client. The project also included customer management, registration flow, payment gateway integration, role management, and multi-factor authentication. The team was led by the CEO and CTO, with a team of 4-8 people continuously working on the project.
