Tap Clinic partnered with Zurgerberg Inc to develop an iOS mobile app for an autocross platform. The app, designed to share data from external high-frequency GPS with racers at autocross and track day events, was developed over a six-month period. The project involved initial meetings, cost estimation, contract revision and signing, wireframe creation, design finalization and full development. The team from Zurgerberg Inc included a founder, lead engineer, project manager, app tester, architect and designer. The app was submitted to the app store after extensive testing and code reworking, with development ongoing.

In collaboration with Madira Inc, Tap Clinic designed, built and managed a full tech stack for an on-demand alcohol delivery service in the Bay Area. The tech stack included apps, backend and inventory systems. The primary deliverables were a consumer app for product browsing, purchase and real-time delivery tracking, a delivery driver app for order management, ID capturing and work clocking, and a warehouse management app with barcode scanning, inventory and courier management functionality. Tap Clinic's team of 18 communicated with Madira Inc primarily through virtual meetings, emails and messaging apps.

Zurgerberg Inc was enlisted by an AI-backed style lens company to build a mobile app. The app, which was the company's core product, was launched in a few weeks and constantly iterated, often releasing multiple times per week. The team from Zurgerberg Inc, which included the founder, three senior engineers and a QA specialist, worked seamlessly with the company's internal team of five engineers. The app quickly grew to hundreds of thousands of users and the company was acquired by a major tech firm 12 months after the app's launch.
