Tangivel

Tangivel was hired by Cofidis Portugal, a financial service company, to conduct human-centered research, systemize analysis, and recruit participants for a survey and focus group. The company was selected due to its proximity, affordable pricing, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. Tangivel assigned 2-5 employees to this project and provided a space for workshops with customers. The company's assistance in the recruitment phase for both the survey research and focus group was greatly appreciated.

Tangivel worked with SIBS, a financial services company, to design the user interface and user experience for a new mobile app. The collaboration involved daily meetings, an expedited approval process, and constant alignment with the technical team. Tangivel was chosen for their experience with the company, their work methodology, and the quality of their deliverables. The project ran from February to March 2024 and was marked by strict plan fulfillment and evident progress.

A telecommunications company contracted Tangivel to work on the UI/UX design of their digital services gateway. Tangivel's team of 2-5 employees was selected based on previous successful collaborations, their budget-friendly pricing, and a great culture fit. The scope of work included the definition of information architecture and design/writing of the webpages of the digital services gateway. Tangivel's consultancy to the development project teams was also a key deliverable in this project.
