TalkingTree Creative successfully facilitated the organization and execution of high holiday services for a large synagogue in Baltimore. The services were held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company set up multiple cameras and microphones, and utilized a team of directors to manage the sound and video aspects. They also created a comprehensive script for the event and advised on the best broadcasting medium. The event involved remote participation from specific individuals, which was managed effectively by the team. The engagement lasted from May to September 2020 and the synagogue invested between $60,000-$90,000 in the project.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, TalkingTree Creative undertook a project for the Shephard Companies, a trade show and production company. The project involved organizing a three-day virtual meeting for architects, with about 7,000 attendees. TalkingTree managed the operational execution, recording and editing presentations, customizing the Catalyst platform, managing the critical path, working on platform designs, handling live sessions, and creating an exhibit hall component. The project was completed in November 2020, with an investment of between $150,000-$250,000.

TalkingTree Creative was hired by Tommy Spaulding Companies, a leadership development organization, to produce a virtual livestream. The company was found through an online search and chosen for its high ratings and good value for cost. The scope of work included creating all virtual holding slides, managing the livestream through Vimeo, creating all graphics and background images, creating a landing page for the company website, and directing the virtual production. The project was successfully completed with the involvement of 2-5 employees from TalkingTree Creative.
