TalkingTree Creative successfully facilitated the organization of virtual high holiday services for a large Jewish synagogue in Baltimore during the COVID-19 pandemic. The services were attended by thousands of people who could view and participate online. To make this possible, TalkingTree set up multiple cameras and microphones, appointed directors for sound and video, created scripts for each segment of the events, and advised on the best broadcast medium. They also enabled remote participation for 10-15 specific individuals and created backup segments for any unexpected technical glitches. The event was executed smoothly, resembling a complete TV production.

Tommy Spaulding Companies hired TalkingTree Creative to produce a virtual livestream. TalkingTree took charge of the project from start to finish by creating a Virtual Production video that was livestreamed via Vimeo. They created all virtual holding slides, managed the livestream, created graphics and background images for the livestream, created a landing page for the company website, directed the virtual production, and edited the recording. They were chosen for their high ratings and good value for cost.

Shephard Companies, a company operating in the trade show industry and audiovisual production, partnered with TalkingTree Creative to facilitate a virtual meeting for architects during the COVID-19 pandemic. The three-day event was attended by about 7,000 people. TalkingTree customized the Catalyst platform using HTML5, HTML6, and CSS, managed the operational execution, worked on project management platform hosting platform designs, handled live sessions, and created an exhibit hall component. The project was successfully executed between summer and November 2020, and Shephard Companies have contracted them for multiple shows later this year.
