Talespin

Talespin was engaged by a major tech company to create Virtual Reality content. The project involved the use of a stereoscopic 360 VR camera to develop an immersive VR experience, placing users within two dance scenes. Initially, Talespin was brought on as the line producer, working with two to three members of the tech company's team. The partnership was established through another production partner involved in the project. The engagement was from June 2017 to January 2018. The tech company was very impressed with Talespin's work, indicating a willingness to collaborate with them again in the future.

For the virtual reality production and distribution company, Jaunt, Talespin produced promos for a video series. The project encompassed a set of 360-degree promotional pieces for a large online series. Talespin managed the live-action production, crew assembly, and post-production tasks including stitching, compositing, rendering, and color. They also resolved a few union issues that arose during filming. The executive producer from Talespin, Stephen, was the main point of contact ensuring smooth project execution. The collaboration with Talespin was due to the company's proven professionalism and skill set from previous projects. The project was executed from August to December 2017, and Jaunt is currently bidding on a new project to start with Talespin soon.
