Talent Reimagined was hired by a specialty pharmaceutical company to redesign their hiring process to keep up with rapid growth and anticipated product launches. The company's Senior VP of HR worked closely with three experts from Talent Reimagined in the discovery and redesign phases and one during the implementation. The project scope included the design and implementation of a software solution to streamline hiring, as well as communication strategies and stakeholder engagement. The project lasted from August 2019 to September 2020, with an investment of approximately $275,000 USD.
The second project was for ERIN, an employee referral software company. The CEO of ERIN collaborated with Talent Reimagined to implement ERIN for one of their customers, integrating it with Greenhouse and Active Directory. Talent Reimagined was responsible for the entire process, from vendor selection to launch. They worked closely with the ERIN team to ensure the product was implemented in a manner that supported the referral policy and achieved maximum automation. The project involved three members from ERIN, three from Talent Reimagined, and multiple employees from the customer's side.
