Talent Reimagined

Talent Reimagined was engaged by a rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company to redesign their hiring process. Facing the challenge of hiring enough people with the required capabilities, the company's senior VP of HR turned to Talent Reimagined. The team led discovery workshops, designed and implemented a software solution for the hiring process, and addressed everything from communication to platform mapping. They also created informative videos for stakeholders and employees. The project lasted from August 2019 to September 2020, with the company investing approximately $275,000 USD. The senior VP of HR praised the Talent Reimagined team for their expertise and the successful implementation of the project.

In a separate project, Talent Reimagined was hired by ERIN, an employee referral software company, to implement their software for one of their customers. The goal was to successfully integrate an employee referral platform with the technologies used by the HR team and the business. Talent Reimagined not only oversaw the RFP process but also managed every step from vendor selection to launch. They worked closely with ERIN to ensure the product was implemented in a way that fully supported the referral policy and achieved maximum automation. The engagement involved three people from ERIN, three from Talent Reimagined, and multiple employees from the customer's side. The CEO of ERIN commended Talent Reimagined for their oversight and successful implementation of the project.
