After reviewing individuals in their network, Talencio presented a few potential candidates to Cardialen, who then hired the first contractor recommended by Talencio and two additional people. The company invested between $250,000 and $500,000 in Talencio's services.

Talencio also completed a recruiting project for Medavise, a medical consulting firm. The company needed specialized professionals to support their projects. Talencio, led by Paula, provided potential candidates with the required background and expertise. The candidates were screened based on the job description provided by Medavise. If a candidate was deemed suitable, Talencio set up an interview for them with Medavise. The company invested around $500,000 in Talencio's services.
