Tafaseel BPO completed a comprehensive call center project for the Higher College of Technology (HCT), a leading higher education institute in the UAE. The HCT was struggling to manage a large number of incoming calls from students due to an insufficient in-house system. Tafaseel BPO was brought in to provide a robust customer service experience, including live chat and voice services. They provided bilingual agents to answer calls, live chat support through Pure Chat Software, call reporting, quality monitoring, and more. The team consisted of around 10-15 people, including seven agents, a supervisor, a QA manager, and a floor manager. After an extensive procurement procedure, Tafaseel BPO was chosen for their innovative proposition, beating out major competitors in the region. The project, which began in August 2019, is ongoing and costs around $400,000 a year.
