Tactis, under the name Blue Water, developed an app for a government agency to aggregate various claims. The app, primarily intended for disaster survivors to file claims, was built using Microsoft SQL and C#. The team was composed of three software developers, one software tester, and a development lead. The project cost around $500,000 and while the main development is complete, new features are being added.

Tactis was hired by Nom Nom, a meal delivery company, for brand development, website and app design, and marketing and advertising services. The goal was to create a brand that resonated with diverse markets and demographics, and to promote awareness and education. Tactis' cross-functional team worked closely with Nom Nom to understand their business and value proposition, leading to the creation of a logo and taglines that appealed to both kids and adults. They also developed the company's website and mobile platforms.

Tactis also worked with a nonprofit business development company, Acquia, for a site redesign and re-platform from a legacy-based CMS to Drupal. Chosen for their expertise and ability to deliver on diverse requirements within a tight timeline and budget, Tactis managed and ran the project to great satisfaction. The project was delivered on time and within budget, and the client was very pleased with the results.
