Tab Service Company

Tab Service Company successfully provided commercial printing and distribution services for Caremerge, Inc, a SaaS technology company based in Chicago. They integrated with Caremerge's system through Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), a portal, or an API, enabling Caremerge's customers to use their software for printing calendars, newsletters, and other documents. Tab Service Company also handled the shipping and distribution of these documents to clients. The partnership, which started in December 2018, has transformed from a one-time project into an ongoing monthly service, with over $100,000 invested so far.

In another project, Tab Service Company provided accounting services for BeneSys, an insurance services provider for union members. Tab Service Company was responsible for creating, printing, mailing, and filing about 440,000 tax forms for BeneSys's insureds annually. They also provided recommendations, support on issues, and assistance with data quality and abatements. The engagement, which started in September 2021, is still ongoing.

Tab Service Company also worked with eNova, a medical communications company, to handle their 1099 state filing needs. Initially, eNova thought they needed to process 36 states, but Tab Service Company clarified that only 12 states needed to be processed, saving eNova considerable costs. They guided eNova through the form preparation process, reviewed the forms, and sent corrections the same day. The forms were uploaded to the state websites the next day. Tab Service Company also helped eNova obtain state identification numbers. The partnership started in April 2021, and there are plans for future collaborations. The project cost was exactly as expected at $2,100.
