Tab Service Company

Tab Service Company partnered with Caremerge, a SaaS technology company, to manage their large-scale commercial printing and distribution needs. They integrated with Caremerge's system using Secure File Transfer Protocol, a portal, or an API, allowing customers to connect with Tab for printing services. The project, which started as a one-time endeavor in December 2018, evolved into an ongoing monthly service. The company has since invested over $100,000 in the partnership, expressing satisfaction with the growing relationship.

In another project, Tab Service Company collaborated with eNova, a medical communications company, to handle their 1099 state filing for 2020. Initially, eNova thought they needed to process forms for 36 states, but Tab Service Company clarified that only 12 states were required, saving the company significant costs. They guided eNova through the form completion process, ensuring a successful upload to the state websites. The partnership, which began in April 2021, cost $2,100 and is expected to continue with Tab Service Company handling eNova's 1099 forms for 2021.

Tab Service Company was also contracted by BeneSys, an insurance service provider, to manage their accounting needs. They were tasked with creating, printing, mailing, and filing approximately 440,000 tax forms for the insured during the first quarter of each year. In addition to this, they provided recommendations, issue resolution support, and data quality assistance. The partnership, which began in September 2021, was initiated after a successful interview process where Tab Service Company was selected from four potential vendors.
