Sytecs, LLC

Sytecs, LLC was hired by British American Tobacco Ukraine to develop a solution for tracking and tracing tobacco products throughout the supply chain. The goal was to collect data about product movements in distributors' warehouses and transfer the data to their SAP. Sytecs was chosen through a tender process as their cloud-based solution met the company's IT security standards. The Sytecs team, consisting of one analyst/project manager and three developers, developed a solution built on MS Azure cloud services. The project involved holding workshops with various BAT functions, developing a solution in the middle of their infrastructure, connecting to the global SAP system, and connecting distributor scanning providers. The parallel processing of these directions proved to be efficient and Sytecs managed the stakeholders effectively.

In another project, Sytecs, LLC was again contracted by British American Tobacco Ukraine to develop a solution based on MS Azure cloud services. The project had similar goals of tracking tobacco products throughout the supply chain and transferring the data to their SAP. Sytecs was selected due to their effective solution which met the company's requirements. The project involved holding workshops with various BAT functions, developing a solution within their infrastructure, connecting to the global SAP system, and connecting distributor scanning providers. The Sytecs team, consisting of one analyst/project manager and three developers, managed the project effectively, handling multiple streams inside the company and managing stakeholders efficiently.
