Sytecs, LLC was contracted by British American Tobacco Ukraine to develop a solution for tracking and tracing tobacco products in the supply chain using unique identifiers on carton and bundle labels. The primary challenge was data collection about product movements in distributors' warehouses and transferring the data to the client's SAP system. Sytecs was selected due to their proposed solution that was built on cloud services and fully complied with the client's IT security standards. The project involved the development of a solution using MS Azure cloud services, connection to the global SAP system, and connection of distributor scanning providers. The project was praised for its effective management of various stakeholders within the client's global company. The Sytecs team consisted of one analyst/project manager and three developers.
The second project for British American Tobacco Ukraine involved the development of a solution using Azure Cloud Services.
