Systems-X

Systems-X successfully completed a custom software development for an international entertainment company that operates racehorse tracks, casinos, and a five-star hotel. The company needed a system to manage operations at their race tracks and Systems-X was selected based on their proposal, tools, capabilities, and price. The project involved a series of developments to create a program that supports racing operations. The client was satisfied with the work and continued to engage Systems-X for additional systems. The engagement, which started in May 2004, is ongoing with a monthly maintenance and updates cost of around $16,000.

In another project, Systems-X was contracted by BambooPayment, an international payment enabler, to design and build a billing system. The system was required to consider different configurable business plans based on various attributes of the processed traffic. The decision to hire Systems-X was based on their professionalism, responsibility, and knowledge regarding the software to be built. The project involved the creation of two consecutive MVPs, both oriented to PayFac Settlement for the Payin CrossBorder business. The project team varied in size, with an average of 5 people, and currently, one resource is dedicated to maintenance.

Systems-X was hired by Aqua Wealth Management to customize their monthly client reports. The goal was to improve the presentation and add specific information, all generated directly from their system. The selection of Systems-X was influenced by their close geographic location, great culture fit, good value for cost, and a referral. The project involved creating reports using Microsoft Reporting Services and improving their design. The reports included additional information that was not calculated by the current system. The team comprised of 2-5 employees.
