The Systems Queens was engaged by Ingrid's Digital Desk, a virtual assistant agency, to set up and automate CRM platforms such as Dubsado and Salesforce. The Systems Queens was chosen for this project due to their proximity to the client, good value for cost, and alignment with the client's company values. Maryanne, a Systems Queens employee, successfully navigated the CRM platforms and created automated sequences, thereby enhancing the client's ability to serve their customers.

In a project for DC Benefits, an employee benefits company, The Systems Queens was tasked with creating a new CRM and marketing emails. The company was selected for this project due to their high ratings, location, cost-effectiveness, and a referral. The Systems Queens team, consisting of 2-5 employees, customized Salesforce to match the specific needs of DC Benefits and created automated workflows and emails.

Zee Zee Theatre, a company devoted to telling diverse stories and amplifying marginalized voices, hired The Systems Queens to support the on-boarding of Salesforce into its operations. The Systems Queens was chosen based on a referral and a previous successful collaboration with Maryanne. The team successfully helped Zee Zee Theatre understand Salesforce, create reports, and manipulate data, meeting the theatre's operational needs.
