System Plus

System Plus successfully completed a Web & Mobile App Development for Service Operations Manager Platform for a company named Service Raider. The goal was to create a platform where businesses in North America could manage their clients, jobs, and finances in one place. The team at System Plus, which included a CTO/Project Manager, two web app engineers, and two mobile app engineers, provided a turnkey development team and an interim CTO for Service Raider. The platform was developed in phases, with an initial payment contract followed by a service-level agreement for bug fixes and upgrades. Service Raider appreciated System Plus's professionalism, acumen, and tenacity, and their ability to provide a cost and benefit assessment of technology choices.

System Plus also developed and maintained an app for a sports company called OPSMPRO. The goal was to create a recruitment networking platform and employment-oriented online service for the North American Soccer community. System Plus evaluated the idea, improved it via discovery workshops, and then designed UI/UX of mobile apps as well as a web app. They also took care of the development/deployments of all apps and app store submissions. The project manager from System Plus efficiently organized the project, making the process easy for OPSMPRO even during a lockdown.

In another project, System Plus built a process automation software for real estate agents. The software was designed to bridge the communication barrier between the seller and buyer through an automated real estate agents' channel. System Plus was chosen for their strong portfolio and their ability to understand the client's vision. The team, composed of a Project Manager, two Front-end and two Back-end Developers, maintained transparency throughout the project, delivering all deliverables within stipulated deadlines. The client appreciated System Plus's commitment to ensuring the quality of the software product and user-experience.
