Syntropic

Syntropic was enlisted by a Poland-based telecommunications company to build an infrastructure for voice AI integration with the latter's telephony stack. The project sought to ease the process of connecting their AI voice assistants to the telephony platform and integrate them with the client's existing phone systems. The team at Syntropic, composed of 2-5 employees, devised a system that ensured a seamless handover of calls to live persons whenever necessary. They delivered an efficient solution that allowed quick and reliable setup of each client's system on a consistent basis.

Syntropic's solution included key deliverables such as the construction of a foundation that connected the AI voice assistants with the telecommunications company's calling platform. Additionally, the solution provided a link into the phone systems already utilized by the clients, thereby guaranteeing the ability to transition a call to a live person when required. The voice assistants were enhanced to respond promptly, eliminating the delay that often occurs with automated calls and maintaining a natural conversation flow.

The Syntropic team also developed a self-service setup tool enabling the client's team to quickly and independently setup and launch for new clients. They conducted rigorous tests before a staged go-live, ensuring that each component functioned optimally. Comprehensive written guides were provided, alongside a systematic transfer of all the developed elements to the client's team.
