Synic Software

Synic Software was hired by CC Mall, a large e-commerce marketplace, to develop their e-commerce platform. The goal was to transition from a manual, garage-based business to an automated, upgraded system in order to expand the business and its reach. Synic Software was chosen for their local presence, experience, trustworthiness, and competitive pricing. The project involved a discovery workshop, scope planning, coding of the platform, testing, bug management, and maintenance. Key deliverables included customizing software to integrate with existing code, supporting alternative payment methods like WeChat and Alipay, and enabling multi-vendor log-in. The project was executed by a team of three from Synic Software, including a team lead and two full-stack developers.

Synic Software was also engaged by Cinderella Beauty Clinic to work on UX and UI coding for a schedule and patient management system. The aim was to upgrade administrative efforts and streamline tasks. Synic was chosen based on a friend's referral, their friendly demeanor, accessibility, and proven track record. The project involved an initial meeting to discuss ideas, development of a plan for execution, and building the custom software. Deliverables included two different interfaces for the system, automated stock tracking, and integration of a treatment notes feature. The project was executed by a team of five from Synic Software, including three developers, one designer, and a project manager.

InvestSMART, an online financial adviser, hired Synic Software to upgrade their aging software system to handle large traffic. The key objectives were to secure their database, redevelop their back-end system and admin panel, and create a user-friendly website. Synic was chosen based on their experience and level of communication. The project involved in-depth discussions about the business’ branding and strategy, compliance, sharing of existing code, development of prototypes, and incorporation of functional features to the website. The project was executed by a team of three from Synic Software, including two developers and one project manager.
