The project involved a discovery workshop, scope planning, coding of the platform, testing, bug management, and maintenance. Key deliverables included customizing software to integrate with existing code, supporting alternative payment methods like WeChat and Alipay, and enabling multi-vendor log-in. The project was executed by a team of three from Synic Software, including a team lead and two full-stack developers.
Synic Software was also engaged by Cinderella Beauty Clinic to work on UX and UI coding for a schedule and patient management system.
